The Perceptions

The Perceptions (퍼셉션스)는 영국 런던에서 활동하는 6인조 소울/훵크 밴드로 오랜 시절 친구였던 전설적인 라틴 퍼커셔니스트이자 밴드 리더 Snowboy를 비롯해 드러머 Neil Robinson와 베이스시트 Gary Crockett, 색소포니스트 John Willmott등 4명이 블루노트와 같은 60년대 훵크 재즈 사운드를 위해 모였다가 이후 Speedometer의 밴드 리더 Leigh Gracie와 하몬드 오르간의 Sam Gambarini가 합류하면서 지금의 구성이 완성되었다. 밴드 멤버들 모두 The James Taylor Quartet을 비롯해 The Sound Stylistics, Speedometer, Lisa Stansfield, Incognito, Mark Ronson, The Superphonics 등 세계적인 밴드 멤버이거나 세션으로 활약해온 연주자들로 월드클래스의 연주를 자랑하는 베테랑 스페셜리스트들이 모인 것이다. .... ....
