This album “FLOW” has five unique music. Those have different and special sound with music. However, I did not separate, so there are no boundary which are sound part or music part. I always search for combination those two parts. Music could be one of the sounds and sound could be also one of the music. Some of music are movie OST that I worked. I tried to make a story for each music, but you can make your own story when you listen to it. I hope the panorama will be shown and feel real sound in your space.
‘Ground Story’ is from the movie ‘boundary 1.’ That movie started in the zoo and one man visited. This movie has an unusual format; there are no dialog and development. Only has some narration. Music must be with nature sound, because narration said imaginary creatures. I had to make nonexistent sounds and also it must be harmonized real music. I love making unique sound and it works very well.
‘Tapetum’ is the original sound music. The idea is from my cat. Her eyes are beautiful yellow and white hair. She is a persian cat. When I see her at night in the dark room, I can see shine her eyes. That`s tapetum. I imagine what happen in her eyes and I think there is another universual. For making tapetum, various systems should be worked, so I used a lot special sound for it.
‘The brave Flower’ is also the original sound music by me. I composed this music since last year. I made myself one virtual world, and there are only metals like humans, buildings and animals etc,. However, one real flower wanted to come into bloom. That story is based on my imagination. Sometimes we must need courage to do it my way. It seems impossible to bloom on the metal ground, but this flower did not give up and finally it blossomed.
‘Time of Words’ is from the advertising for men` fashion. The visual was really mysteriously and the closed were very modern. I needed innovative sound and music also should be combined. The director also wanted a new type of music. Fortunately, I love to create new sound and it worked perfectly. I used lots of people talking sound and I tried to flow flexibly in the music. So I named the title ‘Time of Words.’ Actually the time sound was the hammer sound.
‘Vanitas’ is from the movie ‘Vanitas.’ The movie director agreed this music name must be same as the movie. This music is the opening and I composed unconsciously. I watched this movie over the hundred times before making music, and then I recorded it.
There is the reason why the album title ‘FLOW’ is. This world is getting complicated even though our life is getting comfortable. However, the essence dose not change. Still we need to search for ourselves and do not lose your curiosity. We have to try to flow our life ourselves. ....
