Ryan Hemsworth. phritz’s music is gaining traction as seen in how Porter Robinson’s official playlist, cherished music, featured him. The two collaborated with Shelhiel, the dynamic Kuala Lumpur-based singer who’s primarily active in Chinese-speaking countries, to create the single, “Love Ride.”
Initially released in October, the single was featured on playlists on Spotify such as Tokyo Rising and
Chinese Indie Picks. “Love Ride feat. Shelhiel (Knopha Remix)” made by Knopha, an electronic artist based in a scenic port city in China called Xiamen, will be released on December 15th. Knopha produces minimal techno and house tracks inspired by ambient and new age music. Since his 2018 EP, Nothing Nil, was released on Shanghai’s Eating Music, Knopha has become one of the most exciting artists to watch. The cover art is of a photo by Malaysian photographer Alvin Lau and the graphic design was done by Japanese designer sskhybrid aka Shunsuke Sugiyama, who also created the cover art for “Love Ride.” ....
