이재하 거문고 산조 : 명금(鳴金)은 기존 거문고 산조에 없는 휘모리 다스름과 진양, 중모리의 우조, 평조, 타령, 늦은 자진모리 등 새로운 가락과 장단을 구성해 넣었다.
또한 통용하는 장단 악기인 장구나 소리북 대신 금속 타악기를 편성, 장단의 진행 뿐 아니라 징으로 거문고 울림의 한계를 깊이 있게 확장했고 꽹과리로는 거문고 음색에서 밝고 경쾌한 부분의 부족함을 채워 맑은 신명을 돋우게 하는 효과를 냈다.

Lee Jae-ha’s Geomungo Sanjo continues to evolve even today, utilizing the traditional musical language of folk music while being shaped by the performer’s personal experience and learning.
Lee Jae-ha’s Geomungo Sanjo: Myeonggeum (鳴金) incorporates new melodies and rhythms that were not present in the traditional Geomungo Sanjo, such as Hwimori Dasureum, Jinyang, Jungmori in Ujo, Pyeongjo, Taryeong, and even Late Jajinmori.
Furthermore, instead of using traditional rhythm instruments like the Janggu (drum) or Sori-buk (voice drum), metal percussion instruments are employed. This not only enhances the progression of the rhythms but also deeply expands the resonation of the Geomungo with the use of a Jing (gong). The addition of the Gwaenggwari (small gong) fills in the lack of bright and lively tones in the Geomungo’s sound, creating an effect that brings out a clear and joyful energy. ....
