이러한 사실을 "구글"님께서는 알아주시는지, 가수나 음반 정보를 검색하면 매니아디비 컨텐츠가 첫페이지 혹은 두번째 페이지에서 반드시 걸려줍니다.
그러나, "네이버"님께서는 거부하시더군요. 네이버 블로그 검색, 카페 검색에서는 걸려주고, 각 아티스트 페이지마다 "수동"으로 등록한 것으로 추정되는 가수 사이트 검색에서 조금 걸려주는 것 외에는 검색이 안됩니다. 아마 네이버에서 음악 컨텐츠를 제공해주니까, 거기에서 충분히 커버할 수 있다고 생각, 아예 인덱싱을 거부하나봅니다. (그래도 네이버 검색 로봇은 열심히 와서 크롤링해갑니다. --;;)
뭐.. 스스로 양질의 컨텐츠를 제공한다면 그것도 그닥 나쁠것은 없지만, 안나오는게 은근히 많은데도... 흠흠..
여기까지는 추정이었습니다, 웹 로그 분석 결과 등등으로 추정한 것이니깐요.
그렇게 네이버님께서 거부하셔도, 저는 나름 네이버님을 짝사랑하는지, 재미있는 기능이 나오거나 컨텐츠가 생기면 가서 구경도 하고 써보려고도 합니다.
그 중 하나가 네이버의 "사이트 서치" 였습니다.
네이버의 앞선 기술력, 제휴사 보유 컨텐츠 노출로 유저 유입율 증가.. 멋진 말들.. 많지 않습니까?
2월에 접수된 제휴 접수는 11월이 되어도 연락이 없었지만, 네이버의 앞선 기술력을 경험해보고 싶었던 열망이 강한 탓일까요? 아니면 기억력이 나쁜 탓일까요? 불평 불만없이 하루하루 보냈습니다.
그러다 어제, 약 9개월 하고도 며칠이 지난 어제! 드디어 메일이 왔습니다.
오오 드디어 네이버님의 "앞선 기술력"을 경험해보게 되었구나!!! 설레이는 가슴을 부여잡고 메일을 찬찬히 읽어내려갔지요.
"네이버 웹 검색 영역 쪽네 노출을 제한하고 있는 컨텐츠를 포함"하여 검색에서 제외되었다는군요. --;;
상업적 용도의 컨텐츠와 뉴스 컨텐츠를 포함하고 있어서.. 라.. 음.. 구글 배너와 다음 배너를 달고 있어서 상업적 컨텐츠인가?아니면 음반 가격 비교와 노래 검색을 포함하고 있어서? 음음.. maniadb가 상업적 용도의 컨텐츠를 포함하고 있는 곳이었구나.. 와.. 몰랐다.. T_T
엇.. 혹시 전면에 사용자의 트랙백 때문에 뉴스 컨텐츠를 포함하는 것이라고 보인건 아닐까? 그럼 사용자 트랙백을 다 내려야 하나?
난 단지, 내가 만든 검색이 구려서 "네이버의 앞선 기술력 검색"을 체험해보고 싶었을 뿐인데...
내가 검색 자격 요건에 위배되는 사이트를 운영하고 있었던 거구나..
아.. 이런.. 많은 사람들에게 도움을 주는 사이트를 운영한다고, 다른 곳에는 없는 혹은 있어도 제대로 정리되지 않은 것을 잘 정리하고 있는 아름다운(?) 사이트를 희생정신으로 무장해서 운영하고 있다고 생각했는데 그게 "나만의 착각"이었구나...
아 슬프다.. T_T
근데, 내가 거부당한 위의 저 4번 항목.. 못 본거 같은데...
그리고 5번 항목 "기타 네이버 기분 내키는 대로 검색 대상에서 제거할 수 있습니다" 라는 뜻이 아닌가?
허허.. 미리 정의한 항목에 해당하지 않아도 무원칙으로 제거할 수 있다는 멋진 항목.. "갑"과 "을"의 계약서에서 많이 볼 수 있었던 바로 그 항목이네..
역시 "조중동-네이버"라 불릴만한 멋진 곳이야.
역시 처음본다 했더니, 웹 사이트의 이용 방법 안내에는 4,5번 항목을 빼놓고 있었구먼.. 구라쟁이들..
뭐 여하튼.. 네이버는 자기네들이 꼴리는 사이트만 등록해서 검색하게 하거나, 아예 자사에서 제공하는 컨텐츠만 검색한다고 소문이 무성했는데, 이번 기회에 속시원히 그 사실을 증명해준것 같아서 나름 속이 시원합니다.
뭐.. 네이버가 거부한 초절정 구린 내용을 담고 있거나,
반대로 네이버가 경계하는 울트라 멋진 내용을 담고 있는거 아니겠습니까?
좋은 쪽으로 생각해야지요.. ㅎㅎㅎ
새벽에 쉬마려서 깼다가 메일을 확인하고 장문의 글을 써봅니다. 졸려서 논리는 어따가 팔아먹었는지는 몰르겠고.. :)

난 가끔 naver에서 maniadb를 검색해본다.
이 회사는 우리 사이트를 좋아하지 않는지 잘 검색되지 않는데, 특이한 artist에 대한 traffic이 올라가서 조사해보면, 네이버 검색 결과 처음 "site안내"에서 아래와 같이 나타나기도 하기 때문에 확인차원에서 가본다.
역시 이번에도 조항조,이대헌,김현식의 traffic이 갑자기 올라간 이유가 여기에 있던거다.
음.. 그런데 지도보기.. 라는 버튼이 있네.. 이게 뭐지?
진짜 지도보기... 기능은 아닐테고.. 김현식님이라면 이미 천국으로 가셨으니, 천국으로 가는 지도를 만들었을리가 없잖아..
설마 아티스트 맵이라는 정말 멋진 기능을 만든것이 아닐까? 그건 내가 하려고 했는데... 설마.. 설마...

Redirect Reference (IIS 6.0)
Redirecting a client request is one way to ensure that users get the correct page, if your site is under construction or has changed identity. You can redirect client requests to a directory on the same Web server or to a different URL.
Configuring URL and Wildcard Redirection
You can configure redirection to a URL and wildcard redirection programmatically. Redirection variables and flags allow you to specify targets and behavior by changing the HttpRedirect metabase property.
The following example shows the format of a simple redirection string.
http://DestinationURL[,Flag[s]]
Where DestinationURL can include the following redirect variables to pass portions of the original URL with the destination URL. You can use more than one variable in a single redirection string.

Redirection Using Wildcards
You can use redirect wildcards to match any number of characters in the original URL. Begin the destination URL with an asterisk (*) and a semicolon (;), and separate pairs of wildcard characters and destination URLs with a semicolon. The following example shows the format of a redirection string that uses wildcards.

Where WildcardN can include an asterisk (*) to match any number of characters in the original URL and pass them to DestinationN by using the $0 through $9 variables defined in the following table.

Using Redirection Flags
The following flags augment redirect strings of either URL or wildcard format. More than one flag is allowed. Flags are appended programmatically to the redirection string in HttpRedirect, or configured by selecting check boxes in IIS Manager.
